Reflection of Glory

I recognize the past and it's effect on who I've become
It will not pull me down, it only shows me where I'm from
New life changes can only be made today or tomorrow
Yesterday no longer has time available that I can borrow

I may take the time to ponder where I have been
But the past is the past and I am running this race to win
A deep desire burns, a passion for Him, passion for more
My eyes are fixed on the prize that God has in store

I will follow Jesus as He guides my steps; no turning back
Aligning my ways to Jesus I run the race on His track
Yoked by His burden, I'm no longer weighed down
Jesus has set goal, my eternity, my everlasting crown
